Site Update, Show details
We have finally updated the website, as it has not had a major update since we opened. The students page has been fleshed out and some of our students have been added to it. A media page has also been added which features a Photo and Video gallery.
Preparations for the show have been coming along nicely, with a minimum of five matches and a royal rumble on the card. Unfortunately Jim King who is advertised on the poster will not be in attendance, but Basix Pro Wrestling has assured me he will be replaced with a fine wrestler from their roster.
Also their has been some people asking what happened to Project Wreslte, the community project we are working on. Rest assured that the project is still active but we have not been able to do anything with it as it focuses on 16-23 year olds not in work or education. As of yet none of our students meet this criteria, so for now the project is on the back burner.

Further Show Details
Further details of the CCWA show have been announced. The price for admission is £5 in general. The adult price has been dropped for our first show. Full details can be found at our temporary site http://conwycountywrestlingalliance.weebly.com.

CCWA Show
We are now able to confirm that there will be a CCWA show, featuring Basix Pro Wrestling, on thr 26th of may 2012. Doors open at 6:30pm and fights start at 7pm. The show will costs £5 for adults but prices for children and concessions have yet to be confirmed. As with the open day show this show will take place at the Ty Hapus Community Show in Llandudno. Furher details to follow.

Site Updates - Diary 2012
We have added a diary page on our website. This is due to the fact that we may have other events may be going on this year, where as we were just going to be training throughout 2012. As you may have heard we hope to put on a show next month, May 26th if possible. But if this show is successful then we will be putting on shows during July and August, all these events along with any others, will be added to the page so keep checking for details!

Upcoming Show Details
Many of you may have seen details on our Facebook page about an upcoming show the Academy are putting on in conjunction with Basix Pro Wrestling. We would like to make it clear that this show is now confirmed as of yet and may not occur. A definate date and futher details will be posted on this website as soon as we know, as well as on the Facebook page.

Exhibition Show Results, First training session and FAQ addition
Well our Exhibition Show was a huge success, gathering nearly twice the amount of people expected. The results are as follows;

We held our first training session on March 23rd which was also well attended and we hope it will continue to grow over the next year, when we intend to expand our facilities. We have also added some questions to our FAQ following feedback from training and the show.
Finally we cannot confirm but we aim to host a show in Llandudno during May or June. More info as soon as we know!

CCWA Free Exhibition Show Tomorrow!
Well after many month of planning, the opening of the Conwy County Wrestling Academy is upon us. Remember you can attend a free show at the Ty Hapus Community Centre at 12:30pm and see three exhibition matches from one of the UK's top wrestling promotions Basix Pro Wrestling. There will be a chance to sign up for training sessions at the academy throughout the afternoon.

Don't forget its your chance to meet the team at the Academy (well two of us, sadly A.R Richards can't attend) but you can ask the team and the Basix wrestlers questions and sign up to train at the Academy!
